Shaktiship word is coined by Rekha Kurup.
It is similar to fellowship and recognizes those journeying on this process as Shakti.

STEP 1: GETTING RESOURCES
Everyone on this Journey needs to Purchase the Resource Kit.
STEP 2: PARTICIPATION
Once you have the Resource Kit, there are two ways you can choose to journey through the Year-Long Shaktiship.
A. AS A SOLO TRAVELLER
You can choose to go through the entire workbook, reading materials, and the cyclic movement at your own pace, and time. This gives you the opportunity to give yourself the space to familiarize yourself with the materials, build your own connection with it, and navigate the safety of the body. And if you wish to come back anytime into the next mode, you can do that.
B. AS AN APPRENTICE
In this model, you journey with the facilitator within a Sisterhood Moderl of Support. This requires you to also commit to the LIVE ONLINE gatherings, attend the Triads, and the Pods, be in active participation and take 100% responsibility for your presence and absence and its impact on the group.
To survive in this Linear Masculine-oriented Male-powered patriarchal capitalistic consumerist world, every Wom(b)an has had to sacrifice, negate, dismiss, disconnect and give up the wisdom of her Rhythmic Cyclic Womb Biology, Menstrual Lunar Mind, Erotic Power, and Emotional Intelligence in some way form or the other.
In the process, she has forgotten her body, lost connection with mirroring sisterhood, and demeaned her embodied sense of spirituality. She is often drawn into and directed by a male-informed body-less, body-shamed, emotionally-negated way of life and living. Through her, this Body-Emotional disconnect passes down to all life she births, and this way patriarchy continues to not just survive, but also, thrive.
For change to happen, She has to return back to her Body, Re-pair her Emotional Vulnerability, and recover herself Fully in all her Embodied aspects. Shaktiship makes this movement a possibility.
Spirituality or Spirit or All-Inclusive Wholistic Emotional Intelligence and Erotic Alive Presence are at the center core experience of Being a Woman. It informs her Relationship with herself and all of life. It is integral to her Sexuality, Bleeding, Blossoming, and Blooming. And yet this Feminine Erotic Sensual Knowing is almost invisible and absent in the world.
Its only available known appearance is perverted, objectified, and pornographic; bereft of sensuality and sensitivity. Girls everywhere discover early on that the world is incapable of seeing, and receiving her Just the Way She is. She suffers in isolation, and learns to prune, cut, and distance herself from her Body to Survive. Over the last fifty to sixty years, Wom(b)en have started to inquire into this body disconnect and the lineage of Patriarchy. Her findings are often hidden, negated, and dismissed by the Male Authority.
So Wom(b)en need Wom(b)en to Mirror Feminine Truths. Shaktiship supports Wom(b)en to see and mirror in a safe resource-full way to address this unmet need and longing in her.
The Entire journey map of Shaktiship is held and guided within the Alchemical Archetypal energies of the Zero (Fool) through Twenty-One (World) Major Arcanas of the Mother Peace Tarot Deck.
The 22 Arcanas slowly and steadily emerge over the five stages of Organic Inquiry creating space, time, and resonance in the preparation, planting the seed of intention, descending into the growth and development, navigating the relational connections, and finally arriving at the harvesting gifts of the Shakti Wom(b)an, and integrating her into life. It is a process of many folds, many discoveries, many movements, many emotions, and many sensations.
Each Wom(b)an is called to show up on this journey in her own unique way so she may discover her own process of pausing and moving, activity and rest, relating and aloneness, connecting and separating.
250-page A4 Size Spiral-Bound Art Workbook that holds the entire journey of Shaktiship exploration, engagement, and expression. All the engagements are accompanied by an Audio Track .
Nearly 2000 pages of reading materials from books, journals, articles, research studies, etc from around the world that are women-authored, women-related, and women-centered.

Shaktiship in the Apprenticeship model is held with no more than Sixteen Wom(b)en journeying together. The entire Sisterhood forms a Nest that is held through communication on the Whatsapp group. To support more contact points for women on the journey, the nest is further divided randomly into pods of 5-6 women, and triads or dyads based on the size of the group. The apprentices are encouraged to connect, meet, and engage in the work within the support of nest, pod, and triad at their own pace, and in their own choosing.
A Monthly LIVE Zoom call on varied themes and topics connected to the Shaktiship held within consciously created agreements is facilitated by the Founder, Rekha Kurup. It facilitates a Safe trauma-informed space for the Sisterhood Nest to gather together, Get to know each other, Explore and Engage with each other, and Witness each other in sharing and reflection. Slowly over time, this space also, witnesses the telling and listening of her stories, systemic healing, and process work.
Every apprentice is supported with three optional check-ins as an individual and also, within the triad or dyad to share, reflect, process, and integrate the Shaktiship experience. This supports to build safety, community, and trust in the process, container, and each other.
An optional witnessing engagement and exploration space is available at the completion of each Arcana to share, reflect, mirror its discoveries and learnings with and to each other. This supports the apprentices to engage in the activities of the Shaktiship with a Shaktiship graduate or facilitator.
The Body Map is an Experiential Therapeutic Art methodology. It is one of the Core Engagements of Shaktiship.
Body Map is an opportunity to give Creative expression to her unheard voice, unseen memories, unnamed mysteries, and unspoken experiences in a way that challenges the Normative Expression and Representation of the female body in the socio-cultural-religious narrative.
It involves tracing the life-size outline of one’s body onto a surface of choice (paper, fabric, land, etc) in a position or alignment of exploration emerging from the Intention for the Journey. Then through the Chthonic and Relational stages of the process work the Shaktiship apprentices explore, engage, and express the somatic revelations around bleeding, pain, pleasure, shame, aging, sadness, fear, hope, potential, patriarchal wounding in a way that it is seen, included through expression, and also, transformed towards new meaning, new perspective, and gaining agency and autonomy in it. It is a painful and powerful process to behold and undertake on this journey. It requires her to step outside the masculine concept of Art, break free of the inner critic, and engage in a fearless process of Art Making that is beyond the perspective of “Good, Bad and Ugly".

“To love myself completely was the best outcome of this workshop. To look into my eyes in the mirror and saying “I love you”. I have gained Myself. I have lost self-pity, shame, helplessness. I feel a new Power to go for the unknown and come out of my comfort zone. My heart has started ruling me. Bangalore Sister Karnataka, India.
"One of the most important things I gained is the ability to speak my truth in all situations. To be honest and authentic with myself, therefore providing the opportunity to be authentic in all my relationships. This has been sooooo profound!!! Like wow! I feel so free and complete to express any feelings and thoughts that may be keeping me from being authentic and I absolutely love this. I’ve also found by doing this, it gives those I interact with the permission to be authentic as well! Which is has overall deepened my relationships with those around me."
"What do you when you have been given a glimpse of who is beyond you?
